📦 Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

For customized or made-to-order products (like wooden beds), please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch.

You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 business days

Remote or Outstation Areas: 7–12 business days

We currently ship across India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative arrangement.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A small standard shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select pin codes with an additional charge.

We work with trusted courier partners, but once dispatched, delivery timelines are not under our direct control.
