We take great care in crafting high-quality pet products and want you and your furry friend to be happy with every purchase.

Please review our return and exchange policies carefully — they vary slightly depending on the product category.

🧥 Garments (Coats, Jackets, Harnesses, Bathrobes, etc.)

Eligibility:

  1. All Products Except Wooden Products
    1. We accept returns or exchanges for garments within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
    2. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    3. All tags and packaging are intact.
    4. Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.
  2. Wooden Products
    1. Wooden products are made to order and carefully quality-checked before dispatch.
    2. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
      1. The product arrives damaged in transit.
      2. There is a incorrect item delivered.

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only for size or manufacturing defects.

Items that show signs of wear, pet hair, stains, or damage caused by pets will not be eligible for return.

Once your return is approved, you can choose to receive store credits for the product value.
(Store credits can be used for any future PawPals purchase.)

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are offered only through store credits.

You can reorder a different size, color, or product using your store credits once your original return is received and verified.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

Email us at support@pawpals.in
 within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if applicable).

Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy Process Overview:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Once verified, you will be eligible for store credits equal to the product value, or a replacement (subject to availability).

We do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or minor variations in wood grain or texture — these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products
